Workflow · Step 06 · Reporting

Bring monitoring evidence together.

Generate reports directly from BioTrends EM® records, combining monitoring results, microbial identifications, deviations and session status to support laboratory and quality review.

01 —REPORTING DATA

Trace reported results to their source.

Sampling results become available for reporting, statistics and trending once the session’s closing signature is applied. Reported results remain linked to their source sessions and associated records. Production batch reports also show sessions awaiting completion or signature, helping reviewers identify outstanding work.

02 — REPORT TYPES

Reports for routine review and production batches.

Select the relevant dataset and report format to review results, microorganism identifications, frequency distributions or monitoring evidence associated with a production batch.

01

Complete reports

Detailed sampling results or microbial identification data, presented in tables and graphs for the selected dataset.

02

Summary reports

Concise summaries of result statistics, microorganism identifications or CFU frequency distributions.

03

Batch summary report

A consolidated overview of environmental and personnel monitoring associated with a selected production batch.
Bring together environmental and personnel results, excursions, deviations, microbial identifications, session status and detailed sample records for a specific batch. Select which sections to include, with audit-trail information and lists of incomplete sessions or sessions awaiting signature.

04

Annual report

Review the selected monitoring points over a year, with trend graphs, applicable limits, linked deviations and regression lines.

05

Data export

Lists exported as HTML, openable in a spreadsheet or a document — the output meant to be worked on, kept deliberately separate from the ones meant to stand.

03 — REPORT OUTPUTS

Generate reports. Export data for further analysis.

Produce PDF and XPS reports for review, distribution and controlled archiving. Export selected data in HTML for further analysis in spreadsheet or document applications. Both outputs are generated from the records selected in BioTrends EM®.

04 — Alarm review

Review excursions and operational alarms.

Bring together results reaching configured alert or action thresholds, settle plates exceeding their planned exposure time and alarms imported from supported active-air samplers. Filter the list by period and alarm type to identify records requiring assessment or investigation.

05 —ACTIVITY AND IDENTIFICATION STATISTICS

Review monitoring results and operational activity.

Explore sampling results and microorganism identification statistics by area, class and period. Review intervention duration and frequency by activity type, operator or production batch, including differences from the configured standard duration. These views help teams assess both monitoring outcomes and how activities were performed.
