Antonio is the main point of contact for customers and suppliers and leads a small team handling quotations, supplier selection, and procurement activities. He oversees product and maintenance contract offers, identifies hardware and service providers, and ensures efficient coordination of all agreements regulating the delivery of our products and services.

Damiano is a microbiologist and our leading product expert. He is the main point of contact for both the BioTrends team and the customer's team during system implementation and go-live — from installation and validation to user training and full production deployment.
